Overview

Guest posts must be original, practical, and specific to n8n. Tutorials that include screenshots of nodes, JSON snippets, and before/after results perform best. Target a clear outcome and explain tradeoffs.

Length: 900–1500 words
Topic: n8n workflows, integrations, best practices, or case studies
SEO: Provide meta title and description
One dofollow link is allowed (home page or relevant resource)

Workflow

Purchase a guest post slot ($249) with Stripe.
After payment, open “Submit Article”.
Fill in title, categories, meta SEO, and your one dofollow link (URL + anchor).
Paste your article body (HTML allowed). Upload images you want included.
Submit for review. We run AI/plagiarism checks and manual review.
Once approved, we schedule and publish. You’ll receive the live URL.

Note: You can only have one submission in progress. If your previous post is not published yet, you cannot submit another version.

Requirements

900–1500 words and clearly related to “n8n”.
Original writing: no plagiarism; if AI content >30% the post is rejected.
Actionable: include steps, nodes, or code where relevant.
Clarity: use headings, short paragraphs, and callouts.
SEO: meta title (≤160 chars) and meta description (≤300 chars).

Formatting

Use H2/H3 headings to break up content. Prefer ordered steps for tutorials. For code or JSON, wrap in preformatted blocks. Include before/after metrics or screenshots when possible.

We calculate an estimated read time and show it on the article page. Keep the pacing brisk and avoid fluff.

Link Policy

One dofollow link is included with your guest post. Provide both the destination URL and anchor text when submitting. Links should be relevant and non‑spammy.

We reserve the right to edit phrasing around links for clarity.

Images

You can upload multiple images. We’ll append them to your article body. To reference a specific place in the article, include a note like “Insert image 1 after Step 3”.

Recommended: 1200×630 hero, and inline images 1200px wide. Compress PNG/JPG for fast loading.

Review & Approval

We run automated checks for AI‑likeness and plagiarism and then manually review for quality, correctness, and fit. If approved, we’ll publish and notify you. If rejected, the fee isn’t refunded per policy.

Turnaround time is typically 3–7 business days.

FAQ

Can I submit multiple posts?

You can have only one submission in progress at a time. After it’s published, you can submit another.

Can I edit after submission?

Minor editorial edits may happen during review. If substantial changes are needed, we’ll ask you to resubmit.

What if my link changes?

Contact us before publication to update the link. After publishing, updates are at our discretion.
